Free Rent Discount

Subject to Conditions. We offer an increasing annual rent discount to customers who are able to pay their rent on time over a 12 month period. This is calculated as 1 week free rent for every 12 months we receive your rent on time. Maximum of 4 weeks Rent Free Discount can be achieved.

Gas/Electric/EPC Certified

All our properties are regularly maintained and hold all required safety certificates. Our philosophy is that we only let homes we would want to live in. Therefore, unlike other landlords, we endeavour to repair any issues as soon as possible.
